Charging Crane

According to with the structure of feed spout, for 3 ear bearing type feed spout, the charging crane should design the hook which closes to the feed spout as double lifting point hook. The hook which is far away from the feed spout should be designed as single hook type. 

For 4 ears type feed spout, the charging crane should be designed the main hook and auxiliary hook as double lifting point hooks.

The Charging Crane has included several components such as electrical control equipment, trolley system, crane travelling mechanism, crane girder, hooks etc. Since the scrap did not separate very balance in the feed spout, the charging crane design should consider the unbalanced loading. The charging cranes are lifting the steel scrap basket and charging them into converter; it has speed requirements for main hook and auxiliary hook. The speed should be synchronized with variable speed.

The charging crane main lifting mechanism is driven by ABB's ASTAT digital stator speed regulation system. The DARA1000 is a control unit and the DASD147 is a power unit. It uses a one-to-two method, ie a pressure-regulating device controls two motors. Encoder feedback, closed-loop control, and bypass devices are included. When the pressure regulator fails, the bypass device operates. Auxiliary lifting and small lifting mechanism adopt QR2S series resistance ordinary speed control screen, down two reverse connections, down three strong. The vehicle adopts S7-315DP PLC control from SIEMENS, and the operation room communicates with the electric room using PROFIBUS-DP. SIEMENS TP-270 touch screen is also provided in the operation room for monitoring and monitoring.
